Pat Allan's Profile

Pat Allan founded Tesseract Consulting in 1995, drawing on her very diverse educational and professional background.

Pat has twenty-five years' experience in human resource management, strategic and administrative management. She has worked in corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors, from Vancouver to the Yukon.

Pat has a BA, majoring in Psychology and a Master of Public Administration degree. She has also completed trainer certification and facilitation courses in her constant search for ideas to use in her work. In fact, she has taken credit and certification programs at seven post-secondary institutions, including a university in Freiburg, Germany. It's life-long learning and it's exciting!
